The money is returned the same day we receive the product.

Latvijas, Lietuvas un Igaunijas teritorijā preču piegāde notiek 2 darba dienu laikā. Pārējā ES teritorijā 3-4 darba dienu laikā.

Ja atrodaties ārpus ES, Jums jārēķinās, ka saņemot sūtījumu, par to būs jāmaksā nodokļi un nodevas, atbilstoši tās valsts nodokļu politikai, kurā vēlaties saņemt preci.

However, if the jewelry does not fit, is not the same as on picture, or you just do not like it, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To return the product, send it by courier to the web shop office or simply bring it to any of the Given shops. Refund is done the same day the product is delivered to Given.
